This building demonstrates how a small infill building can help complete a downtown. Because the wedge-shaped site is narrow, parking cannot be entirely behind the building. But it is entirely to the side behind an architectural screen wall and liberal landscaping. This enables the building to be oriented to the surrounding sidewalks, even though the site is an odd wedge shape. The animated architecture reflects the context created by similar buildings in downtown Goshen.
